After the upgrading of the Arch Linux packages on my Lenovo ThinkPad T440s the touchpad did’t work as before. That was due to xf86-input-synaptics fault!
For a better understanding, I could not use two finger to copy/paste anymore and in order to left click I needed to push down all the touchpad!
The package is under maintenace, but I needed a working machine to carry on my open projects, so I modified my configuration file
/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/70-synaptics.conf (renamed by the upgrade from 50-synaptics.conf) adding the follow lines:
